"I had a switch break after a bulb blew on a Friday evening so I called for emergency examination, I had a guy show up within 2 hours. He was really helpful to show me the difference in the bulbs I have been using, he checked the other switches for me as 1 was not lighting up anywhere in the flat, and he probably saved me another call out by identifying a bulb that was too old and about to blow. He has pointed out to me the benefit of getting my fuse box fitted with more modern safety mechanisms and that's something I will consider as I have not paid attention to the service history and just took it all for granted. I would highly recommend this service for the response time and the support in particular and I will be very happy to call on them in the future"
