"The external wall insulation has been transforming. The contractors have worked tirelessly durning challenging weather. They always kept me informed of everything. There were signs up everywhere to help keep my son & myself safe. They cleaned up at the end of every day and did not leave anything lying about so I had little disturbance. We have already noticed the difference inside the house. During the re hot spell my home remains lovely and cool and hope that indicates it will remain warm in the winter. The contractor who carried out my work, Jo, has shown himself to be very hard working and completely trustworthy. My neighbours have all commented on how hard he worked and the quality of the finish. I would highly recommend AE Energy Solutions."

"Wasted my time. Explained my problem that I had a cavity wall less than 45mm, They said they had a product to do it and would send someone out. They then failed to turn up at first appointment. Then the agent at the second appointment said he was too far away (London) and they couldn't do it anyway. I have posted a negative reply to help anyone else who might want to deal with this company on a similar matter. So don't know why the company have said in reply "Ps why oh why would people leave a negative reply" . Have some respect for your customers please."

"Had the loft insulated today by Lloyd from A&E Insulation. Excellent quality work and done in a timely manner, very personable chap; cant say i'd be as jovial if I had to work with in the same dusty cramped conditions. I know how messy loft insulation can be but Lloyd managed to keep the mess and dust to a minimum and put protective coverings over everything, the hallway was cleaner after he left than before. "An excellent service by this Company on the Greendeal Project on all of the flats. The work was professionally carried out on all levels of competency from office staff to the specialists skills workforce and management.The project was completed within the specified time of the contract and the site was left clear on a daily basis with tenants consideration being paramount. On this large scale project only 1 minor defect has been detected and was promptly seen to the following day. I am extremely satisfied with this outcome and can highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a professional trouble free service."

"Shockingly poor service from start to finish. AE Insulation took 6 months to complete external wall insulation on my property having promised it would take 7 - 10 working days. My green deal voucher had long since expired meaning I had to falsely declare the work complete and risk losing the funding. The quality of workmanship was appalling and I had to fight with the company to have areas re-done, while being pressured to sign the work off and make payment. Installers caused damage to my property and left terrible mess in mine and neighbours gardens for weeks while no-one was working on site.. and on one occasion even went home and left my house keys hanging on the outside of the door with the house empty! I'm still dissatisfied with the end result but I signed the work off just so that I could end this disruptive and stressful chapter of my life. I thoroughly regret choosing AE Insulation for this project and wouldn't even consider recommending them to others."
