Finding a trustworthy roofing firm is always a worry/stress for us all but I would never hesitate to recommend DJ MacKay. They were actually recommended to me by a friend as well. My elderly mother had her entire roof replaced by the team and they were incredibly quick, professional, friendly and helpful. Pricing was competitive and understanding of the situation too. Josh was really great at listening to me and viewing the roof for the initial quote - a lot more thorough as well in terms of inspection than other firms that came to quote. "D J Mackay were excellent. From the first contact about the job through to job completion, could not fault how they were. Lauren was excellent updating us with the progress on when our job would start. When she phoned to say they were good to go the scaffolders arrived on time and the team from D J Mackay arrived before they had finished putting up the scaffold. The job turned out to be longer than they thought due to the state of the roof (only 1 day longer than planned) but Josh & Lauren kept us updated with what was happening and if there were any additional costs. Lauren, Josh and the wider team were fantastic, considerate, kind & highly professional, would certainly have the team back for any work in the future!"
