"Great service from start to finish. Came in and measured up to quote for a complete bathroom refurbishment without any fuss. I wanted to organise the components to be fitted myself and Dan gave good information. He did a good job of minimising disruption and mess during the period of working, he is a friendly guy so having him around was not at all a problem. A couple of obstacles came up along the way and Dan worked around these issues really well, even though the scope of work ended up being slightly bigger than initially agreed. The additional cost added for this work felt generous to me, and as a whole I think the price charged was great value. The new bathroom has been in for nearly a month now and I am very happy with the quality of the work, I have had no major issues at all, and Dan came back after completing the work to add in a countertop that arrived late. The work took a little longer than I expected, but everything was communicated throughout the process. I would happily recommend DLS Services."

"DLS Services rebuilt my original 1920s brick garden wall, shared with my neighbour. They were utterly outstanding from the very first contact through to completion of the work. The estimate provided and cost billed was good value for money. We were able to discuss options and adjust some of the factors in the planning of the work - we took them up on a suggestion to add more piers for increased stability. They cleared the old wall, cleaned and reused the bricks, integrating additional period materials. The lads did what they said they would, when they told us to expect it; although, while the work was originally to be staged over two periods of time, they offered to complete the work in one, given the weather predictions. They sourced cost effect and certified options for waste removal, and left the entire site ready for use as a garden again. I'd recommend them with reservation for any of the services they offer, based on my experience. They are now my immediate go to where I need such services in the future. Thank you."

"Had Dan initially to do our ensuite, wasn't an easy job with many issues, including having to level the floor. His attention to detail was very refreshing and communicated really well throughout. We were so pleased and impressed with his work and attitude we've had him back on various occasions since to fix existing plumbing, do a second bathroom and finally a downstairs cloakroom. We particularly appreciated the building work he did with a pocket door. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."
