I was informed about every step in the process and on the day of installation, Kyle and Josh arrived on time and over 2 days removed the old windows and door and installed the new ones with the minimum of fuss, keeping me informed all the way through as to what they were doing. I had a very good rapport with them. The finished job was excellent with no need for any repairs or touch-ups.
