"Marc was great from start to finish. Very thorough and responsive when he answered our questions and concerns. The after care service was above and beyond. Marc has certainly gone the extra mile with us. His knowledge of these pellet stoves and heating in general is very impressive. He doesn’t leave a stone unturned. We had two stoves fitted. The Ramsey and the Skye. Alex was equally as good when it came to fitting the equipment on-site. Just supply him with cups of tea, protein bars and he’ll certainly burn the midnight oil if need be. It’s been a pleasure to deal with these guys."
