James quickly explained how he would tackle the job and clearly explained the costs of both tasks which needed to be done. James diagnosed the problem, after working hard to get the door open and took a lot of care to get the best possible results. The door is now opening and closing properly and I am very grateful to James for his excellent service, transparency about the costs and the time and care he took.
