"Careless and slap dash. I had a new roof. They got the job done quickly, but not to a good standard. Took 2 months of asking before they eventually fixed a leak above my bathroom. Every time I spoke to Mark, he said they'd be there tomorrow etc. Kept fobbing me off. Communication was poor. They wouldn't turn up when they said, and would turn up unannounced (problematic when you don't have rear access to your garden and you need to be home to let them through the house). They left a lot of mess and damage after the work was done. My phone wire was hanging down the front of the house (it was attached to the fascia which was replaced), new guttering was leaking, patio slabs were broken by the scaffolding and my porch roof was damaged by falling tiles. They made no attempt to tidy up after themselves, and left nails, broken tiles and rubbish all over my driveway and garden. Some damage and mess I would expect, but they didn't even try. Mark didn't send a warranty certificate as promised, and stopped replying to emails and calls after payment went through. I have recommended avoiding this company to a few neighbours who are considering work on their roofs. I wouldn't use them again."

"Saved time from searching for roofers! Personally, PRECISION Roof would be my only choice to change my roof. I am not a big fan of going through reviews before searching for builders. Usually, I get five quotes and choose the one to do the job. As I’ve seen one of the houses at the end of street have their scaffolding for nearly 9 months, I was worried in picking one. The roof is not kitchen tiles, no one would change that every year. I felt so lucky to meet Mark from Precision roof. With his expertise and trustworthy information, it directed us to a brilliant roof as the end result. "When having a roof quote, Mark took the time to explain things including what they use, why the use it and what my options were. He provided a fair price for the job, stuck to it, ordered tiles, scaffolding etc. so as soon as the weather permitted he confirmed with me and sent a team to do the job.
