"Project One undertook a huge project for us, converting our dorma bungalow into a full, two-storey with side extension. They managed the project exceptionally well within timescales, adapting to delays outside their control and keeping us informed throughout. We set a budget at the beginning and largely kept to that. With a project of this size there are multiple price points that with hindsight would be impossible to fully capture at the beginning of the process. This did make it difficult throughout as there was always a sense of ‘should we be getting better quality’ and whilst we both juggled full time jobs we realised we would never have been able to do this without the project management they offered. We ended up with the space we wanted and where Project One were commissioned on design and installation for bathrooms we were really happy with the result."
