"We live about 15 miles outside of Cardiff. I asked Steve for a quote and he was happy to travel to us. Steve was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any queries. He gave his opinion on the minimum he believed we needed to ensure our house was secure. I was impressed as he didn't hard sell or try and sell us anything extra, he just gave us a list of options for us to decide the level of security we wanted. He also kept his word and didn't contact us or chase up the quote, which allowed us time to consider without pressure.
