He was able to fit me in the following day and his team dealt with it in an efficient, polite and friendly manner. He was patient in answering questions about roofing such as the different types of flat roof installations. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects on the subject so I felt confident he could deal with any problems. It was also helpful to receive photos and videos of the before and after stages as his team carried out the work. He provided a 5 year guarantee should the chimney stack need plant growth removing again or the purpend joints need repointing. He also noticed another issue where the ridge tiles became loose due to the mortar degrading over time and advised two methods for resolving this.
