"Had our property survey done by them after being recommended by a few fellow medics.Richard conducted the survey promptly and there was no delay in sending the report across to us. As we were progressing in our property buying journey, a month later we got searches and enquiries back where our solicitor adviser getting opinion from our surveyor on a few issues. Problem started here. I have been trying to get hold of Richard since last week Wednesday as time is really crucial here. Despite leaving multiple emails , making multiple phone calls ( where he is always out of office) and leaving multiple messages with his colleagues trying to explain how important and urgent this is for us and requesting to get back to us even if it is just to let us know that the issues are out of his area of expertise or he is unable to give any opinion, they have not got back to us. We are hence exchanging tomorrow with some issues unresolved. I would not recommend them to anyone personally."

"Shambles of a company. sent documents onto them requesting a survey on 13/1. Promised calls back on a weekly basis and not one were forthcoming. Now told paperwork was placed on a desk and Roger didn't see them. Now told Roger cant even look at them for another 3 weeks. These came recommended. I would not recommend them at all."
