"Somewhat late in posting the review, but given the excellent service I wanted to provide feedback for others. Firstly, of all the suppliers I checked Severn Environmental was the best priced, and approved by Cardiff Council. Severn Environmental Services removed an asbestos roof from my garage in Dec 2023. The whole process was really straightforward. All materials were removed and the site cleaned before the team departed. A small piece of asbestos was left behind, I contacted the office who organised somebody to drop by next day and pick that up too. The only effort on my part was to let the 2 man team into the garden, and pay the bill once the work was completed. If only all jobs were this easy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

"Excellent service, thank you! I haven't had to contract an asbestos removal company before so I don't have much experience to make a comparison. However, that said, I feel like the service that I received was excellent. I have a patch of a slightly suspicious looking material in the porch of my house. A couple of builders suggested that it could be asbestos so I looked around for companies to check it out for me. I contacted Severn Insulation Co Ltd and spoke to Dale. He went over the process of identifying asbestos with me, provided me with a quote and was able to come visit my house a couple of days later. Dale arrived within the time widow he said, he was courteous and professional and explained what he was doing during the survey. He had the results back to me within a week. I hope that I don't have the need to require Severn Insulation's asbestos services again but, if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them."

"Called to book in removal of a waste pipe. We were told to call back. After trying for a week got through we were told that someone would be in touch to inspect the area. After no response we called back to be told that the person involved was on holiday so called back a week later when they were back. We were told again that someone would be round to inspect the area and after the third round of no response had a generic email saying 'we are unusually busy and cannot help you'. We waited for weeks and planned other trades people around them. Extremely unprofessional and rude really disappointed."
