"I have a dormer bungalow, which can become very hot and uncomfortable upstairs, during the warmer weather, so I wanted something to cool this area down. After contacting Snap Services, Nathan came to my home to discuss my requirements and undertake a survey. He informed me of what was required to cool the area and showed me where both the internal and external units could be placed. He then provided me with two costs, the difference being the method of controlling the system. I made my decision and a date for installation was arranged for the following week. On the day, Nathan attended again and introduced me to the engineers who would be completing the work. The install went extremely smoothly, and the engineers were neat and tidy. On completion they showed me how to use the system and ensured I was happy, prior to them leaving. A few days later I received a copy of the Commissioning Certification via email from the Operations Manager. Overall, an extremely painless and easy process and I now have a lovely cool dormer.
