"I can't highly recommend the Solar House -From beginning to end the whole process was very simple and stress free. It was really nice to have a local showroom to pop and discuss the various options available -staff were very knowledgable and there was never a hard sell! The survey was very informative and the subsequent installation was very smooth -really good scaffolders and electricians had the job done in a couple of days.There was one small misunderstanding on the install which was very quickly and efficiently resolved. The system has been up an running for a few months now and I can't fault it."

From the first appointment I had with Ryan at the showroom in Whitchurch who showed me clearly on-screen what my options were, the survey with Jason who highlighted to me whereabouts on my property the battery would go in relation to what my vision of the install would look like and clearing up any questions I might have. Even the install day which was done by a great bunch of guys. Even the communication afterwards from Abbie and Kate keeping me informed of what my grid access status was and providing me with all of my evidence documents so that I could start selling my excess generation back to the grid! "Good service, was goid to visit the shop and get to see what you were getting in advance. We aldo had scaffold early in order to refelt the roof before habing the solar installed. W had solar also on garage, so hzve panels facing south on the house and east/west on the garage. Batteries added to get us through the night and come winter i hope that what monet we make from the SEG will pay for the power from the grid in winter and what power we do buy will be off peak rates.....so hoping to hardly ever buy peak power.....which given we hae 5 bed home, hot tub and hybrid EV will be a big saving year on year for us. Will tell you in 12 months how its egorked out for us."
