"The whole process with Timberwise was great - Daniel was very reassuring when he was surveying and directing what work needed to be done, and he made sure the timing of the work fitted my schedule (and need to get a new boiler fitted in the affected area). Adrian and Richard explained everything they were doing, were courteous, knowledgeable and got on with the job quickly and effectively, finishing ahead of schedule. My only two tiny issues were: 1) All rubbish and infected materials were left in the front yard for several days. I'd recently had the yard tiled, so even putting some plastic sheeting down would have been good to cover the new tiling 2) The work wasn't cheap - but at least it comes with a long guarantee for reassurance"
