"Titan was the third company we contacted the first two no reply , called Phil and within ten minutes he'd called back, I explained our situation with a rat/ rats in the flat roof ceiling Phil arranged a time to visit our house and he turned up spot on time , I was away working but he put the phone on loudspeaker and explained what was the best course of action, it was to install a rat flap in the drain , Phil gave us a link to one he recommended and where to install it ,this I thought was great as a lot of companies would install it for you and charge you double, I would say Phil is very knowledgeable and very trustworthy He didn't recommend anything that didn't need doing.
